On a side note about the kobe event. Kobe wasen't wearing Nike's. Here's a nice glimpse of the kicks he was wearing at the event! I don't think you'll find these at Alife or Flight Club...

KOBE TIME

Here's what the kobe displays looked like at the space. Focus was the NYC shoe, different kobe events have a different word. So we've got the shoe ready and the chairs poised and ready for peoples asses... lets gooo...

After the great "Talk" session with kobe, he signed the 8 Special Kobe shoe boxes. What a guy.

Kobe even was nice enough to take pictures with the Reed Space Crew! yay Kobe! Kobe gave a big smile with the asian girls...heh...

After Kobe left it was time for the Reed Crew to get to work and handle the people ready to buy limited edition tees that were made for the event. Gotta say this was one great event, and hopefully just the first of many to come!

Poketo REVIVED

In the beginning of the week my iPod Nano "Poketo" had a terminal disease that caused half its screen to go bonkers. Just when my gift from my girlfriend had arrived an iWood. This tiny wooden case fits the nano absolutely perfectly nicer than a glove would. After a week I have recieved my new replacement nano minus the lasering (music is better than it sounds). This nano I have dubbed "Poketo Unit 02" hopefully this nano lasts longer, and if it breaks after 90days Imma take it apart! chip by chip grrrr....

Heather Cam

I've known Heather since college, she a pretty, smart and talented girl. She paints amazing pictures. She's also one of the few people I know with a webcam! Yea Heather is so ahead of all you with your laptops and stuff cause she's got the webcam. I believe everyone should get with the program and purchase one of these, it'll bring the world one step closer to your living room and take you one step farther from actual reality! YAY for webcams!

Dinner with the MOST IMPORTANT people!

Last night I had dinner with some of Amanda's friends and ex-coworkers. These are the people behind many clothes you may see on the street. So from left to right, Scott Siano (graphic designer for Polo Jean Company and freelance), Jessica Heagerty (designer for Theory), Hannah Mir (freelance designer) and Amanda (designer for David Chu). In this type of situation you find some interesting connections between people, the kevin bacon game in full effect.

example: Scott talks to Jessica about this guy kimou who he works with also known as grotesk who actually worked with my boss jeffstaple for a collabo project with UNIQLO who actually owns Theory who Jessica works for... interesting, well I think so at least.

Yes they have begun their invasion of the states, one cute little car at a time. These unbelievably cute cars are sooo enviromentally friendly and they fit in the tinyist parking spots. They are so small that even I look big next to one. SICK.. I bet this will be the first of mini I mean many to come... har har...
